Jessica Lowndes was born in Canada. She is an actress, a singer and music producer. Lowndes is also the most recent ex-employee at Hallmark Channel to sign a contract with GAC Family which is run by Bill Abbott a former executive of Crown Media Family Networks the entity that manages Hallmark Channel.
